1. Information we collect

When you use SBUY+, we may collect: (a) account information you provide (name, email, phone number); (b) transaction and cashback data needed to track and credit your rewards; (c) device and usage data (device type, operating system, IP address, advertising identifiers) for security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the service, track cashback, prevent fraud, improve the platform, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party SDKs and partners

To deliver cashback tracking and rewarded content, SBUY+ works with third parties, including advertising SDKs (e.g. TopOn, ironSource/Unity) and affiliate networks (e.g. Involve Asia). These partners may collect device identifiers (IDFA/GAID/IDFV), IP address, device model, and ad-interaction data for attribution, frequency capping and fraud prevention. Cashback tracking uses hashed identifiers and does not share your plaintext personal information with affiliate networks.

• TopOn — advertising mediation SDK. Collects IP address, GAID (Android), IDFV/IDFA (iOS), device model, OS version, app package name, and ad interaction data.
• ironSource (Unity) — advertising SDK. Collects advertising identifiers (IDFA/GAAD/IDFV), device information, IP address, and ad interaction data.
• Involve Asia — affiliate network. Processes click and order attribution data (click ID, order value, commission) to track and settle cashback.

4. Your choices

You may opt out of personalised advertising by enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" (iOS) or resetting your advertising ID (Android). You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
