SBUY+ provides a cashback and rewards platform that allows users to earn cashback on qualifying purchases made through partner merchants, and to earn rewards by completing tasks and engaging with content.

3. User responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate account information, to use the service lawfully, and not to engage in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to abuse rewards or manipulating cashback tracking.

4. Cashback and rewards

Cashback is credited only after the partner merchant confirms a qualifying purchase. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse cashback where orders are cancelled, returned, or found to be fraudulent. Cashback rates are indicative and subject to change.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and technology on SBUY+ are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.

6. Disclaimer

SBUY+ is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
